ENTRY/EXIT GATES

Entrance Gates - BournmouthTraffic flow in the library can be controlled more effectively with the use of entrance and exit gates.

Plescon offers three options:

  1. Mechanical - the customer simply pushes the gate open to gain access into the library.
  2. Controlled - operates via a sensor and reflector, when a customer approaches the gate a beam is broken releasing the locked gate and allowing entry. Exit gates can be connected to the security system and if the alarm is activated the exit gate immediately locks.
  3. Automatic - fully automatic gate that opens when a visitor approaches the entrance or exit.
