Therefore we have a dedicated team of highly skilled technicians on hand to give you system advice and support.

In the event that an engineer needs to visit your site, Plescon offers 2 service packages:
1) Maintenance Contract
2) Non Contract With this package a charge would be made for callout and labour costs plus any parts that are required. In the event that the customer chooses this option, we do recommend an Annual Inspection of the system. Depending on the size of the system this inspection will take approximately an hour and the engineer will check every aspect of the security system and any complementary products.
A team of highly trained, professional and experienced technical engineers are responsible for all on-site fault diagnostics and repairs and when required to visit a site they carry out a comprehensive evaluation of all Plescon equipment regardless of the reported fault. This is known as preventative maintenance and helps reduce unnecessary and sometimes costly downtime.
